Terra & Sasha – Review of DWTS Season 23, Week 10

DWTS Season 23, Week 10 REVIEW:  Terra &Sasha

Performing a Rumba to “Scars to Your Beautiful” by Alessia Cara, Terra Jolé and her Pro Partner, Saha Farber, danced their Week 10 Routine.

Terra & Sasha

DWTS Season 23, Week 10

Okay, so maybe NOT her best!  But wonderfully charming all the same!!

Portraying an unexpectedly sweet and story-telling take on The Dance of Love, Terra’s first Round efforts, although undeniably flawed at times, still served to tear-jerking-ly captivate its audiences – A seemingly stereotypical by-product of ALL of Terra & Sasha’s more emotional Dances! – and gracefully showcase everything we, the fans, LOVE about this particular Performer and her Pro!!

DWTS Season 23, Week 10

Beautiful, you two, and very well done!!

DWTS Season 23, Week 10 REVIEW:  Calvin & Lindsay

Performing the Tango to “Seven Nation Army” by White Stripes, Calvin Johnson and his Pro, Lindsay Arnold, danced their Week 10 Routine.

Calvin & Lindsay

DWTS Season 23, Week 10

Ladies and Gentleman, bringing it home for the Receivers (as directed by fellow Grid Iron Great, Jerry Rice!) Calvin & Lindsay just KILLED another Performance!!

A no less than POWERFUL display of charisma and attack, this captivating piece that was FULL of splendidly dynamic Speed Ups and Slow Downs (BRILLIANT Choreography, Lindsay!!) may NOT have rated an exact “Perfect”per say – what, with Calvin’s regrettably not quite full Framing, and, of course, that one, really very small mess-up in the middle there! – was nonetheless and unarguably, down-right FANTASTIC to behold!!

(An “8”?!!  Seriously, Carrie Ann??!!!  Don’t be ridiculous, this Dance was epic!!)

Nicely done, y’all!

Jana & Gleb – Review of DWTS Season 23, Week 10

DWTS Season 23, Week 10 REVIEW:  Jana & Gleb

Jana & Gleb

DWTS Season 23, Week 10

Dancing a Quickstep to “Go Mama”  by Wayne Beckford, Jana Kramer and her Dance Partner, Gleb Savchenko, performed their Semifinals Routine.

Ugh!  Why, why, WHY??

Albeit a fun Performance overall – complete with Too-cute Conclusion!  … LOVED the Baby Shoes, guys!

Jana & Gleb

DWTS Season 23, Week 10

– this particularly sloppy stumble across the Ballroom’s Floor on Monday Night brought its viewers back to Jana’s earlier Weeks of dancing (And she’s been doing SO well lately!), having been riddled with more than a few mistakes, including those of being periodically out of Sync, some notably weird Head Placements by Jana,

Jana & Gleb

DWTS Season 23, Week 10

and oh, yes, is it just me, or did Gleb really SLIP at the end there???

Now, don’t get me wrong; for, despite all these errors, this Number STILL somehow managed to come off as being fairly well Executed, as well as totally adorbs at the same time!  … It just wasn’t Jana & Gleb’s – or Week 10’s – best!

… Sorry!

DWTS Elimination: Marilu & Derek– Season 23, Week 09

Marilu Henner

and Derek Hough

ELIMINATED

on Dancing with the Stars

It’s a seemingly  “highly superior” moment of celebration for the Show and its Fans, as party-downer and NEVER at fault (Never, ever, EVER!!) Contestant, Marilu Henner, was formally booted off on Monday evening for the conclusion of Season 23’s exciting Showstoppers Night.

Albeit a more than generally expected Elimination for the Program, and while Derek seemed quite content with the announcement, Marilu herself appeared, well … NOT!!

See for yourself ...

(Maybe it has something to do with the Actress’ comment from earlier that evening of, “I’ve never been on the bottom of anything.”)

Whatever the case, Season 23 sans Henner (Sorry, Hough, but  I really think you're better off anyway!) sounds alright to me.
