Dancing a Sloppy Samba to “Woman Up” by Meghan Trainor, Amber Rose and her Pro Partner, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, performed their Week 05 Routine.

Ugh!

And while I would very much love to report that Amber’s amazing Dancing Streak from last Week's Cirque du Soleil Night had continued on into this last Monday’s efforts, Alas and Alak!  Such was simply not the case.

DWTS Season 23, Week 05

Lazy, timid, hunched, and never quite fully Extended, this Latin Performance unfortunately severed as one of Amber’s worst to date; and, furthermore, landed, by evenings’ end, as one of the least impressive showings of the entire episode!

Sorry, Amber, but what’s true is true; and, what’s under-Danced is (most uncomfortably!) under-Danced.  But hey!  There’s always next Week – thanks to DWTS' always elating No Elimination Surprise at the close of Most Memorable Year Night’s Show! – so come back and do better, okay?

… ‘Cause judging by your Week 04 Argentine Tango, improvement is a very real possibility for you and – take heart! – that’s not always true for every Competitor.
