Participating in what was easily the absolute EPIC and most exciting Face-off of the evening, Laurie Hernandez & Valentin Chmerkovskiy battled it out against Marilu Henner & Derek Hough in an all-out clashing of the Tangos!

I mean to say, that Team Valaur just absolutely KILLED that Routine, with the vastly talented Laurie having succeeded to an all new and more mature level of Dancing, being seamlessly aided by Val’s – once again – splendiferous and emoting Choreography!

Not to be out done, however, Team Hennergy’s utterly brilliant effort was certainly no less elating, closing down Season 23’s Week 03 Competition in all the right and spectacular ways!

With a firm Frame and Perfect Lines, this Latin exhibition from Marilu belied real class and dancing-depth for the Actress, while Derek’s always masterful and powerful Choreography of the Tango was positively EXCELLENT and quite the beautiful thing to behold!!
