REVIEW: Charlotte & Keo
Charlotte & Keo:
Wow! What was going on with the judges?!
Was it just me, or were they being a tad harsh concerning this next dance (the word "tad" in this instance, meaning "VERY, VERY" mean!?)
I'll grant you, although beautiful to watch, (like graceful pictures in motion ... the performance really showcased Keo's professional ability!) Charlotte McKinney and Keo Motsepe's Rumba did lack fluidity and some technical steps; but c'mon, overall it cannot be denied, this was most certainly Charlotte's BEST dance!
And the fact that her scores did not reflect that is just ... wrong.

Now, I did agree that Charlotte's lackadaisical and apathetic attitude concerning her rehearsals required some reproof from Keo this past week; but, as far as the judges are concerned that should be neither here nor there ... they need to judge the actual dance; but they seemingly wound up only judging the rehearsal package instead!
Seriously now, was any one else watching last week when the all-too-generous judges bestowed 6's and 7's on (sorry, Charlotte ... ) Charlotte's awful Cha-Cha and this week she receives 5's and 6's !?!
And what was with Bruno Tonioli??

And what was with Bruno Tonioli??
He basically called Charlotte dumb! ... and I quote, "You're never going to win the Nobel Prize for Quantum Physics, but you are easy on the eye [sic] ..."
For cryin' out loud, this is DWTS, not the friggin' SATs!
Uh, (regarding Bruno's comment) was that a little mean and sexist? Odd, coming from Bruno ...
In the end, it just looked as though the judges went especially out of their way to be mean to Charlotte.
Pay them no mind, Charlotte and Keo, your dance was GREAT!
