With an impressive resume of multiple television appearances and film roles, Bindi also holds the current record of being the youngest performer to have received a Daytime Emmy Award. Bindi was awarded the Emmy at age nine for Outstanding Performer in a Children's Series, given to her for her role of Presenter on the self-entitled, 26 part, wildlife documentary series, Bindi the Jungle Girl.

not to mention, I happen to think that this Couple will also do very well dancing together ... remember when Derek was paired up with seventeen-year-old Sadie Robertson during Season 19's Week 05 Switch-Up Challenge? The delightful duo submitted a fun-filled Charleston for which they received the Night’s highest score!
Named for her father's favorite crocodile (who was so named because, according to Wikipedia, “Bindi”, is in fact, an Australian Aboriginal word that means “young girl”), Bindi received her middle name, Sue, in honor of the Irwins’ family dog, Sui (Pronounced "Sue") ... Hey, don't knock it, has anyone else out there ever watched The Crocodile Hunter?! ... That was a great
dog!
