REVIEW: Antonio & Sharna

Dancing a Dark (“… Like a Club Dance at Slytherin!” quipped DWTS Host, Tom Bergeron) but, nonetheless, Delightful Tango to “Paint It Black” by The Rolling Stones, NFL Wide Receiver, Antonio Brown, and his Professional partner, Sharna Burgess, submitted their Week 07 Routine.

First off, as this really must be said, TERRIFIC Choreography was once again displayed by the ever-brilliant Sharna who, incidentally, was also completely killing it in that gorgeous Dress!

 … Seriously, she looked great!!  …Maybe even a little bit TOO great, but still …

(Although, truth be told, I don’t really know why everyone seemed to making such a fuss over her near-Wardrobe Malfunction, since that’s precisely what it was, a NEAR Malfunction.)

And secondly, it should equally be noted that Antonio has hardly ever looked better!

Okay, okay, so perhaps not one of his BEST Dances to date, but most certainly not his worst either!

On the contrary, what Brown may have indeed seriously lacked overall in Frame, Lines, and Footwork, he MORE than made up for with his undeniable Showmanship and Performer’s Pizzazz, as well as a Fierce Attitude perfectly suited for this stereotypically severe Latin Dance!

“Well, Tango is a balance between Attack and Purpose, and Style and Finesse” observed Head Judge, Len Goodman, at the Dance's conclusion. “This [one] had plenty of Attitude, there was a few mistakes going on throughout <interrupted by Loud Booing from the show’s Live Audience> - Sorry, I only speak the truth, and what I say is what I see - There was a few mistakes during that Routine.  But I love your ... You're coming out with determination!”

“… You gotta get this Technique down,” warned Panel Judge, Carrie Ann Inaba, “and you gotta learn to finish your Moves!  … The nuances of that Movement is what's lacking, and if you can get that, watch out! …”
