DWTS Season 23, Week 11 REVIEW: Laurie & Val
Re-dancing the Paso Doble to “Wicked Ones” by DOROTHY, Laurie Hernandez and her Dance Partner, Valentin Chmerkovskiy, presented their first Monday Night
Routine.
WHOA!!
<Scooping Jaw off of Floor while keeping eyes GLUED to
Television Screen>
… (And what more could you want?!) Now, THAT’S a Dance every bit worthy of a DWTS Finals!!
Powerful, strong, and thrillingly INTENSE, this
one-heck-of-a-Latin Ride was chock FULL to the Dancing Brim of every kind of
sharp Kick, Backwards Kick, and KILLER Footwork one could ask for from a Paso,
thereby cementing itself as one of the BEST Performances seen this Week, and furthermore, this Season!
So good, it nearly HURTS!!
Elegantly violent and Musically impeccable, Val’s beyond-amazing Choreography of this Piece combined with Laurie’s Pro-like Execution of it no less than DEMANDED the earning of a PERFECT Score … were it not for the, in
my opinion, CLEAR insanity of one Carrie Ann Inaba and Julianne Hough!
… “9”s?!! Seriously, guys?! And for WHAT?? Dancing as well – if not in some ways better
– than you ever have?!
And anyway, Head Judge, Len
Goodman, gave it a “10”, so you two just look awfully silly, now don’t
you??
