Dancing with the Stars' Mirror Ball Champion Pro, Witney Carson, has added a new member to her household, an ADORABLE Puppy!!

(Okay, all together now! –Ain’t no use in trying to hold it back! – AWWW!!)

Meet “Roxy”!  An elated Witney has described of her pet and its furry ancestry, via witneycarson.com,

“… we decid [sic] It’s a cavapoochon (cavalier king charles spaniel, poodle, & Bichon mix).”

The enamored Dancer has also gushed of her pup as being “perfect”, “amazing”, and a “little angel”, AND has requested that any and all Potty Training information and aide from Fans be shared immediately through her Website!

(Um, yeah, has she seen that little, sure-to-be-spoiled-rotten-face??  I’m afraid you just may be on your own, Wit, with the discipline and training of this too-cute fuzz ball!!)

Making its rounds amongst the DWTS Studio and its Season 23 Cast, Celeb Finalist, Jana Kramer, has joked of her plans to “steal” the cutie, via Instagram, DWTS co-Host, Erin Andrews, has unabashedly “demanded” its fawned-over presence within her Dressing Room on Twitter, while 6-time Mirror Ball Champion, Derek Hough, has quipped of his dog, Romie's, probable feelings of jealousy, as the veteran Pro was “caught” snuggling with Carson’s new pampered pooch via Instagram!

Dancing with the Stars' multi-Mirror Ball Champions and longtime Fan-favs, Derek and Julianne Hough are set to Host this year’s Walt Disney World Holiday Specials, The Wonderful World of Disney:  Magical Holiday Celebration AND The Disney Park’s Magical Christmas Celebration,  from Florida, which will air on ABC at 8-10pm ET for Thanksgiving Night (11/24/16) and at 9-11am ET for Christmas Morning (12/25/16) respectively.

… <Re-reading above> “Derek and Julianne Hough are set to Host …” <Ahhhhhhh!!> I’m so excited!!!

It’s a seemingly  “highly superior” moment of celebration for the Show and its Fans, as party-downer and NEVER at fault (Never, ever, EVER!!) Contestant, Marilu Henner, was formally booted off on Monday evening for the conclusion of Season 23’s exciting Showstoppers Night.

Albeit a more than generally expected Elimination for the Program, and while Derek seemed quite content with the announcement, Marilu herself appeared, well … NOT!!

Whatever the case, Season 23 sans Henner (Sorry, Hough, but  I really think you're better off anyway!) sounds alright to me.

With a horrible Frame, sloppy Footwork, and that more than slightly disturbing segment where Marilu seemed to have suddenly turned part chicken – Seriously, did no one else catch that weird and out-of-place Head Bob displayed by Henner during this Performance???  … What WAS that?! –this less than memorable showing (… Perhaps for even the Actress herself!) was hardly deserving of the “6”s or “7”s that would have ideally been thrown at it in Judges Points …

… Much LESS the all “9”s that were actually appointed to it!!

(WTF?!!  Are these DWTS Judges just off their uncomfortable looking, straight-back, Judges-Rockers tonight, or what??)

That said, the Choreography of this Routine was very rhythmic, and pleasing (Stellar job, Hough, as always!), and the live Performance from Broadway’s Jersey Boys – which included the Ballroom’s very own Mark Ballas, singing lead as the one and only Frankie Vallie, was far more than gratifying!

Well, it’s another up and another down for Season 23’s Marilu!

Now, to be almost painfully fair,it should be said that – ESPECIALLY when taking into account her unique circumstance of age within this on-going Competition – there have been times within Henner’s Dancing (including that of this latest effort) when she really does present some truly fine Lines during Lifts and in Hold; and, on the even more rare occasion, when an almost 30 whole seconds will pass knowing the brief success of some fairly nice looking Moving Pictures and Line-placement Sequences.

That said, it is no great secret that these fast-dimming glimmers of hope are all too few and so very far between, being further snuffed out by … Well, there’s really no other way to say it, is there?  Terrible Dancing!

Such was the (really quite expected at this point) case on this, Marilu's 8^th Week of Competition, which once again passed with no real change or improvement worthy of any note … In fact,<Grimacing at her clunky Performance> I’d even continue on at this time to submit that she’s just getting worse!

(<Sighing with Wearied Frustration>And it’s not the length of your Rehearsal times, Marilu. It’s not that Derek pushed you too hard, or included too many Lifts within the Routine. It’s that you simply cannot Dance.  Nor remember the Dance Steps taught you. 

And that you STILL somehow see your PRO Partner, Derek, as a hindrance in these, your own faults, rather than the elite, best of the best, and, therefore, lucky break that he is!)

This dance was so cute!! ... Well, Derek's part was anyway. ... Marilu looked more like, Pinocchio from Hell!

<Shiver> Ugh, it’ll just about give you the creeps!! I mean, what was she even doing with all that ridiculous nonsense anyway???)

In any case, folks, she’s got no [Derek] strings to hold her down, to make her fret or make her frown!

… She had [Derek] strings; but now, as we all can see, there are no more [Derek] strings on her!  (YAY?)

… Which development mi-i-ight explain why her Dancing and Performance levels have been PARTICULARLY bad of late … even for her, which, if one may so observe, is certainly saying something!

(Hey!  I don’t make the rules, Marilu, I just watch and enjoy the Show, but you may wanna re-think your newest “Formula” after this Week's low scores!)

That said, the Ballroom and Latin Phenomenon that is Derek positively KILLED it with the Choreography of this Routine,

One last note, and unfortunately, I can't say the same for both of you but, Derek, you totally killed the the tap dancing!  I absolutely loved, loved, LOVED that section!!

Dancing the Cha-Cha to “Echa pa'lante” by Thalía, Actress-turned-Most Amazing Dancing Professional Dancer EVER Marilu Henner and her totally unnecessary and really-quite-in-the-way-of-her-unquestionable-and-insurmountable-awesomeness Partner, Derek Hough, performed their Latin Night Routine.

While the DWTS Judges just completely drooled all over it, I didn’t see what was so hot.

(Maybe I missed a Step or two, you know? Like an out-of-this-world Handstand-turned-Pinkie-stand, or something, I dunno!)

I found it to be kinda like the Geriatric version of Cha-Chas, myself!

(You know, all stiff and wobbly and sluggish, and what-not; but hey! again, maybe that was just me!)

Regardless, it would seem that Marilu’s self-proclaimed new “formula” is panning out for her (With the Panel Judges, at any rate!), though I don’t know how smart it is for her to kick Derek – AKA 6-time Mirror Ball Champion and Media-dubbed Fan-Favorite DWTS Pro – outta the driver’s seat!

(Although, she did mention to co-Host Erin Andrews that she was “losing IQ points” during the Show, so maybe that’s to blame for this all-new insanity.)

Performing the Viennese Waltz to “Surprise Yourself” by Jack Garratt (Ew!! I mean where did this non-song even come from?!!), Actress, Marilu Henner, and her poor, poor (poor, poor, POOR!) Pro Partner, Derek Hough, presented their Most Memorable Year Night Routine.

To start, I have to to say that, Marilu's rehearsal package this week was a little more than I could bear - 

"Scared" of Derek, Marilu?  REALLY?! 

... That's low, even for you!

That said (and I almost gotta hand it to the ol' girl) it really was very deviously clever of Marilu to come out this Week and blame - what must be a very patient! – Derek during her Week 05 Rehearsal Package for her ever-present lack of Dancing ability, likeable personality within this Dance Show, and (Oh, gosh, let’s just say it!) ABILITY TO REMEMBER ANY GIVEN STEP AT ANY GIVEN TIME!!

(“Highly Superior” WHAT, now??? … Ye-e-eah, no, sorry, Henner, but I’m just not buying it!)

In closing, it must needs be mentioned that Derek’s Choreography of this classically flowing and romantic Ballroom Dance was ever lovely and wonderful, despite having to create it to that crappy “song” (if that’s what we are calling it!) and having to perform it with the “fearful Marilu”.

Dancing a Paso Doble (of sorts!) to “Battlefield” by René Dupéré from Kà, Actress Marilu Henner and her – Most patient! – Pro Partner, Derek Hough, presented their Cirque du Soleil Week Routine.

<Shiver!> Ugh!  That was just AWFUL!!

Maybe if she would just let poor Derek lead?? 

(She IS aware that he is the Pro in that relationship, right?!  … And the one and only 6-TIME Champion one at that!)

I know, I know, there’s bound to be some issues with her learning capabilities – What, with her “Highly-Superior”-Dance-Steps-Memory-Loss (HSDSML) and with her self-assured ability to “dance” (Ha!) having been set firmly in place LONG before she’d ever met Derek because her Mom ran a School of Dance and yada-yada-yada!  … But even still, given the dismal state of her performance today, I have to ask …  Did she, like, fail that class, or something???

I simply must add, however, in closing that, while you certainly lacked the Partner to Dance it, Derek, your Choreography of this Cirque du Soleil meets Paso was no less than STELLAR!!!
