Monday night’s Forecast:  Dancing with a chance of “10’s”!
That's right, folks, because ABC’s Meteorologist, Ginger Zee, has been officially announced as joining the Cast of Dancing With The Stars, Season 22!

A well-known Weather Anchor for ABC channel's GMA (Good Morning America) and ABC World News, Zee also holds the impressive career distinction of being ABC's CHIEF Meteorologist for all of its News Platforms.

In addition what will likely be an already rigorous Work and Dance Rehearsal schedule, Ginger (who was reportedly so named by her father, for his love of the popular Television Series, Gilligan’s Island) has been diagnosed with Narcolepsy - According to Wikipedia - and joins this Spring’s Celebrity Cast of DWTS having just given birth to her son, Adrian Benjamin in December, 2015.
The child marks the first for Zee, along with her Husband of a year and a half, Ben Aaron, the Host for NBC’s comedic Talk Series, Crazy Talk.

“Now makes just as much sense as any other time of my life,” The 35-year-old observed during an Interview, according to etonline.com, concerning her - what some might call – questionable timing of joining up with DWTS, “I think even more so because I'm going to come back to work,”

“Everybody always wonders, ‘How do moms juggle?’” Zee further commented, “I think that there are a ton of moms in America that do it great.  … I'm just adding a little dance on top of it!”

Of course, and despite her enthusiasm for success, few (if any!) can argue against the fact that a new Infant, Young Motherhood, and a taxing Work Schedule that took back off on the 14^th of March will certainly present its challenges, especially when combined with what is an almost NOTORIOUSLY trying Rehearsal Schedule! …

Still, as Ginger herself notes, she'll have lots of help!

“I’m lucky” the new Mom remarked during that same Interview, “ … ABC, Val [Valentin Chmerkovskiy, Zee's Professional partner for Season 22] … My husband … I’ve got a great team around me …”

Not to mention , taking part in the upcoming Ballroom Competition will not be without it merits, according to Zee, who pointed out, “… it's going to suck [the baby weight] right back in!  Of course, that wasn’t the first reason [why I had decided to join] … I’m a big fan of the show in general … [but] what new mom wouldn’t want a little help?”

And it seems that Ginger will have an edge in Season 22’s premiere Dances and initial Competition, having already performed with DWTS own 6-time Mirror Ball Winner and reigning Champion, Derek Hough, back in 2014, for an official GMA Pre-Oscar (Academy Award) event!
