DWTS and Company - 67th Primetime Emmy Award Nominees

Dancing With The Stars & Co

 Nominated for the Upcoming 67th

Annual Primetime Emmy Adwards!

ABC's Dancing With The Stars (AKA The absolute BEST television program EVER!) has once again been nominated for Outstanding Reality Competition Program in the upcoming 67th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards which is set to air on September 20th, 2015, and will be hosted by Golden Globe winner, Andy Samberg.

This prestigious honor marks the 9th Emmy nomination (in the category of Outstanding Reality Competition Program) for the beloved Ballroom Dance Program since first airing in 2006.

Nominated in this year's Primetime Emmys are non other than DWTS' 5-time Mirror Ball Champion and Fan favorite Pro, Derek Hough

With 1 Emmy Award win and an impressive total of 10 Emmy Award nominations between them (1 win in 2013, 7 nominations, including this pending one, for Derek; and, 3 nominations, including this pending one, for Julianne), this Dynamic Brother & Sister Duo is certainly no stranger to the Award scene.

Nominated this year for their gripping, contemporary piece to "Elastic Heart" by Sia (Season 20, the Finals), the Houghs share the honor with fellow choreographer, Tassandra Chavez (from the hit show, So You Think You Can Dance?).

With not one undeserving Dancing With The Stars Choreographer and Pro present among this year's (or any year's!) Nominees, it truly is a shame that only one Award can be given!
