Right off, props go out to the always lovely Miss Witney Carson for choreographing this fantastic routine; and furthermore, for keeping this Foxtrot a classic Foxtrot, not a “Contemporary take” on a Foxtrot! … Len Goodman, I think, would be proud, Wit, so I’ll go ahead and say it for him, “Oh-ho! I liked it, well done!”.

An easy-going charm and gracefully flowing movement combined with spot-on Frame is a combination that cannot be beat in the Foxtrot; and Carlos had ALL of the above!

Not that some of the judges would agree with me it seems; good grief, we all get it already, Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba! So the back of his knees were not FULLY straightened, resulting in the evil “Squat”! … Come, come now, It really wasn’t even a quarter as bad as you two made it out to be; and, while I can’t exactly say that I know the reasons behind this overblown insanity, I will close with mentioning that there can only be ONE Len Goodman … y'all know that, right?
